This is another very high risk and only appropriate for contrarian speculators.
We are buying today assuming a reasonable resolution of the Presidential crisis next week.
While there can be no low risk buying until November 20, this one has a good risk/reward but must be used with appropriate stops and tight trading parameters.  Clearly the market can drop further below Nasdaq 3000 and DJIA 10,000. While this would be appropriate next year, we feel this is NOT appropriate at this time.

Our favorite stocks buy are IBM, CPQ and Dell at 95, 25 or 24 or better (lower).  QQQ at 74 OB. We will enter one position this afternoon.  If one is somewhat risk averse, then wait until Market close as long as these stocks or indices are low enough.  Or simply skip this alert.

May 4th:  Use today's rally to (re) short.  Some risk ahead of tomorrow's new and then be fully short over the weekend.  I am taking an early vacation Friday, as next week will be the most incredible week of this century (todate).
