knowledge that is will be far worse due to Oil import prices next month,
and we are close to reaching cadbury numbers shortly SPX 1427 (stop +5),
and it is pre-options expiration, and tomorrow is a down day, we are issuing
alert 39D. Short whatever your system confirms.

As per our Daily market commentary, we plan on being 3-4 short for
Friday.
While technically one can argue for a positive market, fundamentally
and astrologically one cannot. So position yourself today and tomorrow.
If you buy only one put all year, do it this
week.
Add to previous short (10739), as close to 10680 as possible [SPZ
1365], otherwise End of Day. Add another one or two shorts tomorrow. If
Friday news is positive, run away quickly. If, as expected, it
is time for Dom Perignon. Stock Marker GE.

Finally an Alert we can hold "till the cows come home" i.e. November
options week. We will be doing a three stage entry:
Tomorrow could be an up day- it depends on today's market action.
One short will be Wednesday Close.
One short will be positional: SPZ at 1278 or 1291 DJIA
10215-10277.
Third is discretionary - if market touches 10400/10330 or where
ever "it feels right".
