2. Are we in the midst of a summer rally, or is it over? WSNW Alerts 30ABC, which suggest the latter. However, should the market disagree, we will begin to unwind positions midweek. From the viewpoint of the investor, is July the last month to comfortably cash out before the Fall? Are we too early in advising maximum cash allocation? Maybe, but I do sleep well at night. Besides, after another easy 6 Yen points move last week (we would cover and protect), I am happy enough.
The first Saturn-Neptune Square was a perfect cosmic marker for the ATT-TCOMA merger announcement disaster. We suggested shorting to at least P1 of 55. Thankfully, OIL dropped 4% on cue, as well. Now, as to the Microsoft Windows 98 launch, time will tell.

3. Astrology is a necessary, but not sufficient condition for business success. Having a good horoscope is NOT enough to insure profitability. Likewise, using bad timing does not help a good company, The August 25 Windows 95 launch had a horrible horoscope and Microsoft's stock declined more than 10% from 96 1/8 on August 24 before flying high once again. The Windows 98 launch under the Saturn-Neptune Square is to us far from stellar. Notwithstanding the Sun-Jupiter paran at the New Zealand's launch, I believe Microsoft's astrologer is bound to disappoint once again. MSFT June 24th close 104 15/16 - a natural short.
4. Anyone interested in Europe, and that includes all the smart money managers who rightly place the European bourses at the top of the 3 world markets, should look at the latest FRANCE posts of Jean-Francois Richard [Fax (33) 01 60 75 31 80] and download his forecast graph for the anticipated evolution of the CAC40, which largely applies to all the European bourses, and also the SP500 as well.
5. Q: This week transiting JUPITER hits AEX natal JUPITER by trine. Is there any evidence that this could result in a big move?
A: I do not believe that this aspect is more than a mild market positive. Let us wait and see with the AEX itself does.
Q: Is a Carol Mull a "regular" contributor to the A-Fund on your site? If so, when and where is she located? I seem to have a problem finding her.

In your alert 29A you mentioned MOC for shorting. I guess it is MidOcean Ltd, a reassurance company. In my TradeStation universe I find it as MOCNF. Is that the same company you mention.?I hope you do not find this a silly question, but a mistake is fast to make in this world of stocks. And I do know hardly anything about reassuring companies.

Are you suggesting shorting msft, or buying msft long? It looks like long to me but I can't tell. Clarification please. Thank you.
A: We do NOT like MSFT but hit MSFT short Friday close at 104 7/16. It can go to P2 107 or P3 109 which is our RR parameter in this case. Leading into the release of Windows 98, one obviously should have been profitably long.
