1. A wonderful trading week with a perfect 9170 to 8800 move. We issued WSNW Alert 29 for another test of 8800; our target is 8700.

Based on the four-week moving average, stock funds took in $3.48 billion for the week ended May 27, up slightly from the $3.46 billion they took in in the previous week. Therefore, no surprise that markets are trending down - it is under $4 billion a week - THE MINIMUM needed to prop up this "value-challenged" market.

The dollar surged to its highest level against the Japanese yen since 1991 to 138.50, our forecasted trading target - another perfect play for astrotechnical trading.

Mundane Astrology 101: The recent Sun-Mars conjunction opposite Pluto - is the textbook astrological significator for the recent Indian/Pakistan A-Bomb testing. Hey this stuff works! :) Therefore I cannot understand why the CIA/Defense Dept did not listen to their astrological advisors.

ASTRODATES:

6/21 SUMMER SOLSTICE 10:03 A ET
6/23 NEW MOON 11:50P ET

7/30 MERCURY SR

If cash is burning a hole in your pocket while we are again warming up our 6500 DJIA forecast, look to our May UIT Unit Investment Trust as well as our sector reports below for buying ideas.

We like the Yen, and if you are not a commodity trader, but a long term investor, consider Cannon (Canny) or AJL (Amway Japan). If you REALLY enjoyed Godzilla more than the critics, you could also buy Sony (SNE), although I would prefer to buy closer to 75 or below. Japan 15,000 holds or DJIA is below 8000 San Doubt!

6. Q: What does UIT refer to?

A: UNIT INVESTMENT TRUST. These are stocks held in a balanced portfolio for a minimum of one year to 18 months.

Thank you very much for your reply to my inquiries. I appreciate your work very much, there is, as you probably know, much of low value in the astrological world, not only versus the money market, however, your work is outstanding and I am glad I found you and subscribed to your weekly service By the way, is was Heinrich Heine who made that saying about Holland: "If the world is going to be destroyed, I will go to Holland, because there all comes 50 years late." Thank you again.

HW: You are most welcome.

Q: What are your predictions for interest rates for the remainder of the year? I'm very concerned, because I'm in the market for a new home. I don't want to RUSH to buy one but, I don't want to catch mortgage rates on an uptrend either.

A: More important is the price/value of the home you are buying vs: your current renting/ownership. So either this month, or late Fall are probably the best mortgage rates.

The ONLY LOSER in my account is IHI. Is there any S/T hope or is this a lifetime away? I could use the money better. By the way - GREAT JOB on CPQ Option.

HW: High risk/High reward stocks like IHI which trade on the Bulletin Board are basically non-expiring options. They can as easily go to from $1 to $10 as to $.10. Be patient. You obviously have many winners in your portfolio. I am still buying at which I consider bargain basement pricing of under $1. Check out the IHI web site for the latest factory progress. I can't believe that within two months of factory production, this stock won't go ballistic.

KT: I have a date for THE top---July 20 (+ or - 2 days).

AFund: We have to test lows first

KF: DOW 9,850-10,100

AFund: I wouldn't hold my breath, if I were you!
